You can try the full widget on our homepage before paying, so most questions are answered before checkout. When something still goes wrong, this is how refunds work.
Show pass (one-time)
Not started yet: full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase and you have not started a show.
Started: once the show has been started from the remote the pass is considered used. If the Service failed during your show because of a fault on our side (screen or voice service unavailable), tell us within 7 days with the event time and we will refund the pass in full or issue a new one — your choice.
Subscriptions (Artist, Pro)
First payment: full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment and have not run a public show with the Service.
Renewals: cancel any time from the billing portal to stop future charges. Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days of the charge if the Service was not used in that period. We do not prorate partial months.
Outages: if a confirmed fault on our side prevents you from running a show, we credit a free month or refund that month's payment.
What is not refunded
Problems caused by your hardware, venue internet, browser settings (for example blocked autoplay sound), or third-party payment providers.
Accounts terminated for breaching the acceptable-use section of our Terms.
Tips and donations: these are paid to the artist's own payment link and are never processed by us; refund requests for tips must go to the artist or their payment provider.
How to ask
E-mail from the address used at checkout, with the order number from your Creem receipt. We reply within 3 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Creem, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
